I’m no stranger to miscarriage. When my husband and I experienced our first miscarriage, I looked tirelessly for a journal to help me navigate through the feelings of pain, guilt, and confusion I was experiencing.

When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, my husband and I sat down together and wrote this journal for my personal use. Once we concluded the writing process and I personally went through the journal prompts, I realized how helpful this could be for other women experiencing this kind of loss. I soon started distributing this to my coaching clients and friends who I knew were struggling.
